I will guide you through a mix of workouts to help you reset how you feel about exercise whilst improving your stamina and becoming more mindful with low impact movement.

Home workout workouts, exercise with my guidance that fits into your schedule.
Weekly workouts range from 25-40 minutes, body weight exercise that is low impact. After years of intense training, I understand how to much stress (lifestyle & mental stresses) can impact our health, to avoid burnout and too much fatigue my membership is great if you need to move your body in a smart way to get results.

Great for anyone new to exercise, returning from injury, anyone who's had a break away from training and wanting to ease back in.  Let me coach you through a full library of home workouts already available for you to choose from to get started.

Time to slow down a little. Do you like the idea of yoga but also enjoy getting the body moving and muscles working, let me guide you through my yoga inspired workouts.

Time to stretch, work on slow based movement to condition any imbalances or weaknesses, tune into your breathing whilst achieving a slow-paced workout.  Great for beginners to yoga, anyone returning to exercise after a break and anyone returning to movement after injury.

I am a huge believer in correct muscle to mind connection and correct technique, to get the most out of exercise and your body.  Short tutorial videos to breakdown popular movements that we cover in the monthly workouts. 

Included in your membership you'll have access to the resources area, this includes recipe eBooks (including vegan), Hormonal health face sheet aimed at exercise and being in tune with movement throughout your cycle, and a weekly schedule planner.
