30 - 30 mins - Full Body Conditioning Workout. (Kettlebell workout, full body resistance training – Strength workout.)

20 min - Yoga Fitness Workouts. (20 minutes of yoga fit, a great starting point for anyone to try.)

PLUS - Movement Breakdown - Squats. (Knee problems tend to arise when squatting, let me guide you through correct technique and variations.)
