I understand no one plan fits all, this course will help you understand the importance of nutritional needs, lifestyle tips and guidance on how to slow down. Making new changes to your mindset and fresh habits that fit to your busy lifestyle.

The aim of this course is to:

With 10 year’s experience working within the fitness industry alongside my own life long personal weight loss journey from a size 24 to a size 10. Since I can remember exercise and diet has always been a key factor in my life, growing up I was not small and never have been. Throughout my own fat loss journey I knew things had to change. With focus, determination and consistency I am where I am today, helping other like -minded people achieve what I have achieved. An overall healthier lifestyle. It is all MINDSET. Over the past 10 years as a PT I have coached many women and men to lead an overall healthier lifestyle and change their views on extreme plans and get a smarter view on eating a maintainable flexible diet for a busy life.
