In this workout package you'll find:

40 minute Yogafitness Flow 

Lower body power & deep stretching - Today we get deep into the glutes for Pigeon stretch. (Luteal & Menstrual Phase)

Full Body Interval Training

Full body conditioning in this no repeat circuit. Option to add hand weights, you will need to be close to a wall as I have introduced some wall-sits to fire up the legs. (Follicular & Ovulation Phase)

Let's Stretch. 

Restorative stretching for the lower body and back. You will need a resistant band, strap, or belt to assist you with today's stretches. (Luteal & Menstrual Phase)

Kettlebell Power. 

Intermediate level, intervals with kettlebells. Time to get the blood pumping & core fired up with today's full body Conditioning workout. Go at your own level and enjoy the sweat! (Follicular & Luteal Phase)
