Use the workouts in this section to get started with your exercise regime.
In this workout package you'll find:
25 minute - Full Body Conditioning Workout. (Full body hit workout, low impact to start off your membership.)
40 minute - YogaFitness Workout. (Let’s start with stretching and lengthening the body, opening the hips, chest but getting a burn and heart pumping during the process. Focus on positivity, and mindset changes on moving your body will kindness.)
35 mins - Full Body Conditioning Workout. (Lockdown Live Workout! Abs & Legs, low impact workout focusing on the core and getting the lower body moving to build strength and maintain fitness.)
PLUS - Movement Breakdowns - Breathe work. (A great tutorial to start to connect your breathe to movement, this will help your yogafitness flows and in day to day life.)
