Shay McConnon

An author of 18 books - founder of People First, an international training organisation - creator of An Even Better Place to Work, an online, self-managed employee engagement solution - being used by NHS, Siemens, Heineken and other blue-chip companies globally.

Shay recently appeared in a BBC documentary demonstrating how his An Even Better Place to Work has transformed workplace cultures. He has been awarded a fellowship by the Professional Speakers Association and best new speaker by Vistage, the world’s largest organisation for CEOs

Recognised as an expert in his field, he has spoken in 19 different countries on leadership and culture issues. He is a psychologist, a member of the Magic Circle and uses magic to illustrate his key messages.
