Havant Borough Council's Business Growth Programme for businesses in growth mode wanting to take part in an interactive PEER focused programme of workshops and discussion.

Designed and delivered by Aspire4Business.com

This is a complimentary 7 session face-to-face programme specifically designed for business in growth mode. With a focus on Peer conversation, Workshops and one to one strategic mentoring sessions.

The sessions will be run with a signed NDA to encourage peer discussion in the group.

The programme is funded through Havant Borough Council by the UKSPF (UK Shared Prosperity Fund) a key part of the Government's Levelling Up agenda. The programe intends to improve pride in places that we live, increase life chances through work, improve public services and empower local leaders. Innovation is key to support your growth.

There are 20 spaces available on the programme for businesses who meet the following criteria:

Criteria for applications:

  • With a residential or business address in the Havant Borough Council areas.
  • Less than 249 employees in your business.
  • Trading for at least 18 months, showing a solid income stream and in growth mode.


Following the Business Breakfast Launch on Wednesday 17th September. Here is what you can expect:

Location: Havant Borough Council offices at The Plaza, Havant. 

Timings: 09.30am - 12.30pm 

Here's the dates:

  1. Thursday 9th October 2025 - Audit, SWOT, Strategy and Business Alignment
  2. Wednesday 15th October 2025 - Growth & Structures. Brand, IP, Business, Sales and growth markets.
  3. Thursday 23rd October 2025  - Financial Planning, Structures and Agreements. Assets and Management.
  4. Thursday 6th November 2025  - Social Media, Platforms, Subscriptions. Internal and External Communications.
  5. Wednesday 12th Novemeber 2025 - Business Goals, IT, Security, Growth, Automation, Ai.  
  6. Thursday 27th November 2025 - Training, Development, Skills, Talent and Growth.
  7. Thursday 4th December 2025 - Certificate Ceremony of Completion and Peer Discussions.


Complete the Google Application Form today. The application process will close on the 3rd October and we will be in touch once we have reviewed the responses for your 9th October start.

What else is included in the course:

  • Two, one hour,  1-2-1 strategic mentoring sessions. One at the start of the course and one when you have identified an area you would like to know more about.

Dates for the mentoring sessions are as follows between 9.30am and 4.30pm:

Tuesday 25th November

  • One evening online session each month for your questions.
  • Review of your progress in December 2025 and June 2026. One to one mentoring session close to June.
  • Access to the digital downloads space for your business from this platform to grow your digital presence.

  • Up to date information on business funding streams.
  • Access to specialist mentoring sessions from Beverley Poole.
