The sessions will be run with a signed NDA to encourage discussion in the group.

The programme is funded through the council by the UKSPF (UK Shared Prosperity Fund) a key part of the Government's Levelling Up agenda. The programe intends to improve pride in places that we live, increase life chances through work, improve public services and empower local leaders. Innovation is key to support your growth.

There are 20 spaces available on the programme for businesses who meet the following criteria:

Criteria for applications:

• With a residential or business address in the Havant borough and surrounding areas.
• Less than 249 employees in your business.
• Trading for at least 18 months old.

Location: Havant Borough Council offices.

Timings: 09.30am - 12.30pm

LAUNCH date: For those successful in their application we will hold a Launch and Introduction day on Monday 16th December in the a.m. and p.m. to accommodate your schedules. It is important that if chosen, you must attend this introductory session. Keep the date free!

What else is included in the course:

• Two, one hour,  1-2-1 mentoring sessions. One at the start of the course and one when you have identified an area you would like to know more about.
• One evening online session in January, February and March for peer discussion, conversation and open questions.
• Access to Boardroom Business peer groups every second Tuesday of the month at Fareham Innovation Centre. 3 sessions will be complimentary.
• Review of your progress in June, September and December 2025 with a 30 minute Mentoring session included.
• Access to digital downloads for your business from this platform.
• A place in the Virtual Office at Aspire4Business.com for visibility.
• Up to date information on business funding streams.

Question: What happens if my application is not successful?

• You will be invited to a day session of Business Growth and Enterprise online.
• Access to Boardroom Business peer groups every second Tuesday of the month at Fareham Innovation Centre. 3 sessions will be complimentary.
• You will be invited to attend the Twilight Business Academy Night School March 2025 cohort with a 50% reduction in enrolment fee.
• You will be introduced to a team of skills specialists who can support with recruitment and training needs.
