Uzma Aitqad

Uzma is a passionate and experienced organisational change and culture design specialist with almost 24 years of extensive and culturally diverse experience in both public and private sectors across the UK, MENA, Pakistan and Asia Pacific countries including over a decade in international roles at BP. She is the founder of Magna People Change consulting, besides her consulting practice, she has been lecturing at the Brighton University business school as a visiting faculty. She also feels passionate about developing organizational change leadership capabilities, and therefore designs and delivers workshops/webinars and masterclasses for corporate executive education internationally.
